Relax and recharge on a family cruise in the Mediterranean

A Family Learning Adventure
from Rome to Athens
July 14-22, 2019 • aboard Le Lyrial
Summer vacation is the perfect opportunity to disconnect from the smart devices that distract families' daily lives and reconnect through the freedom of travel. If you're longing to put down your phone and recharge your mind, an 8-day Mediterranean cruise is the perfect "e-cleanse" for parents and children alike. In July 2019, PONANT invites your family aboard the 244-guest ship Le Lyrial for a multi-generational journey to the classical sites of Greek and Rome, with programing designed specifically for 7- to 18-year-olds. Kids will interact with nature on beach walks, forest hikes, and boat rides; immerse themselves in history at ancient sites like Pompeii, Zeus's Temple at Olympia, and the Parthenon; and let their imaginations run wild when Jason Weiser, host of the popular "Myths and Legends" podcast, recounts the myths of Heracles and Aeneas. Join PONANT on a bonding experience for the whole family!
