Meet our newly announced Culinary Director, Chef Guillermo Muro. Having started his career at age 14 and traveled to over 119 countries, Chef Muro has a passion for food and exploration. Along the way he has learned a variety of techniques that he utilizes in the menus across our 10 dining venues. The 1,200 inventive dishes planned are inspired by the places we visit and will take advantage of local and fresh ingredients reflective of the destination.
