In order to redeem the complimentary room on the same dates as the paid reservation, a minimum 4-night stay is required on the paid reservation. In order to redeem the complimentary room on alternative dates with the last possible check-out date being June 15, 2021, a minimum 4-night stay is required on the paid reservation and there must be a minimum of 7 nights between the check-out date on the paid reservation and the check-in date on the complimentary room. In order to use the complimentary room to extend the stay on the paid reservation a minimum 5-night stay is required on the paid reservation. Promotion applies to existing bookings when cancelling the original reservation and rebooking during the new promotion period. Promotion applies to all room categories except Villas and Residences. Room reservation for the complimentary room must have the same room category, number of nights and number of people as the paid room. Payment for the first room is non-refundable. Paid room and complimentary room must be booked for travel within the specified promotion travel dates; however, the complimentary room can be used toward extending the paid room stay in which case extension beyond the travel window will be allowed as long as the paid room falls within the specified travel window. Complimentary room cannot travel before the paid room reservation. Not applicable to complimentary stays or any other rate reduced promotions in the market. |
