These terms and conditions outline the "Book Early, Save More" program. The earlier a Sailor books an eligible voyage with Virgin Voyages, the more they get discounted off the voyage fare.
If a Sailor creates a reservation 180 or more days from the Voyage Sail Date they will get 10% off. If a Sailor creates a reservation 121 to 179 days from the Voyage Sail Date they will get 5% off.
2 Eligibility / Caveats.
2.1 The Book Early, Save More discount applies only to Voyage Fare, and does not include shore excursions ("Shore Things" in our marketing parlance), taxes and/or fees, transfers, or any other add-ons, on new bookings made after July 1st, 2021.
2.2 The Book Early, Save More discount may be combined with 10% Pay in Full Now Discount, Bar Tab promotional offer, and other select discount offers as defined. May not be combined with additional percent-off discounts. May not be combined with open promotions as of date of publication.
2.3 The Book Early, Save More discount will be calculated as 10% off the voyage fare before any combinable discounts. Shown in the Example below, if the 10% Pay In Full option is available and selected, the new total Voyage Fare due would be $4,050 (i.e., 10% off of the already discounted $4,500 Voyage Fare.)
Example as follows:
Original Voyage Fare=USD $5,000
Book Early, Save More Discount (10% x USD 5,000)=USD ($500)
New Voyage Fare=USD $4,500
10% Pay in Full Now Discount (10% x USD 4,500)=USD ($450)
Resulting Voyage Fare Sailor must pay:=USD $4,050
2.4. The offer is for select voyages and is not eligible for charter voyages, Circle (group) travel, Tour Operators, and First Mate special rates. Further, partial (discounted/non-full Fare) access keys and bookings may be excluded.
2.5. If a Book Early, Save More discounted voyage is canceled Virgin Voyages normal cancellation policies apply. These terms and/or eligible voyages are subject to change with or without notice. Please note all discounts will be reflected as one lump discount on your confirmation email.
