Our Amazonian vessels, Aqua Nera and Aria Amazon, serve five-star cuisine by Chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino. Since 2001, Chef Schiaffino has been studying the native culinary traditions of the Amazon, and he now uses his expertise to curate unparalleled dining experiences aboard our vessels. This June, Chef Schiaffino will also debut Aqua Mare's spectacular onboard menu, as the superyacht sets sail through the Galapagos Islands for the very first time.
Over on Aqua Blu, guests can discover Indonesia's rich culinary heritage, courtesy of award-winning chef Benjamin Cross. With over 160 recipes, Chef Cross shows off the region's delicacies, presenting them in his own innovative style. Finally, we have the Aqua Mekong, which presents a menu curated by Chef David Thompson. Renowned for mastering the flavors of Southeast Asia, Chef Thompson was the mastermind behind Nahm, the first ever Thai restaurant to win a Michelin star.
