Adam Sachs is the Editor in Chief of SAVEUR. He is an award-winning food, travel, and lifestyle journalist and has held positions as editorial director of Tasting Table and contributing editor at Bon Appétit, Travel + Leisure, and Details, as well as senior staff writer at GQ. His Bon Appétit column "The Obsessivore," won two James Beard awards for Best Food-Related column in 2013 and 2014. He also won a 2013 James Beard Award for a story about Copenhagen that appeared in Travel + Leisure. His writing has been featured in anthologies including "Best Food Writing 2014."
