A cooking Lesson in the Roman Countryside

 ID 324                    Daily Tour

Learn how to prepare a traditional Italian lunch in the Roman countryside in the medieval village of Mazzano. Visit a farm or a country food market and enjoy a traditional Italian lunch.

Arrive via car to the ancient village of Mazzano Romano, where you will make your way to a lavish garden and farm abounding with fresh vegetables, spices, and eggs. Gather all of the ingredients necessary for the menu you'll prepare in a cooking lesson led by a local chef. Create each menu item, from appetizers to the first course, second course, and dessert. Relax and enjoy the nature around you before being taken back to your hotel in Rome. Bring an empty stomach, but don't wear your best shoes!
