Starting in November, SeaDream Yacht Club will sail the Caribbean season as planned. Voyages sailing from Bridgetown, Barbados offer glorious itineraries through The Grenadines. This southern region of the Caribbean was not affected by hurricane Irma, and remains a stunning destination for yachting. Islands such as Mayreau, Bequia and St. Lucia are mountainous and vividly green. These islands are largely undeveloped and their allure is their natural, unspoiled beauty. |

SeaDream also calls on the lovely Caribbean islands of Nevis & St. Kitts; both were spared from the hurricane. Mount Nevis, a dormant volcano seen from afar, offers spectacular hiking along lush jungle trails. Listen carefully on St. Kitts for the chatter of the vervet monkeys; island residents since the 1600s. |

The beautiful Virgin Islands remain a long-time favorite of SeaDream. In 2017, Condé Nast Traveler included the British Virgin Islands as the Best Islands in the World. While both the U.S and British Virgin Islands sustained damage in Septemberâs hurricane, they have steadily been repairing and preparing for their peak tourism season: November - April. The local businesses are re-opening their doors from St. Barts to St. John, eager to see yachts arriving in their harbors. |

The iconic beach bar, Foxyâs on Jost van Dyke shared the photo below, taken just days ago. The Owner is pictured giving the âthumbs-upâ, saying they are open for business! |
