"Always Included" Pricing Packages apply to sailings booked and departing on or after November 17, 2020, excluding Galapagos cruises, in an inside, ocean view, veranda, Concierge Class, or AquaClass® stateroom ("Eligible Bookings"). All guests in an Eligible Booking who choose the "Always Included" pricing package will receive a Classic Beverage Package, Gratuities ("Tips") Included, and an unlimited Surf Internet package.
Non-Refundable Deposit: To qualify for the lowest available cruise fare, guest must choose a non-refundable deposit. Non-refundable deposit bookings ("NRDB") cancelled prior to final payment due date will receive a future cruise credit ("FCC") in the amount of the deposit minus a $100 per person service fee. This FCC is non-transferable and expires 12-months from the issue date. In addition to canceled NRDB, $100 per person service fee also applies to changes to NRDB ship or sail date. NRDB are applicable to groups at prevailing rates. Not applicable to incentive, contract, or charter groups. Nonrefundable deposit offers are applicable to sailings within final payment, however full deposit is due at time of booking.
Full deposit must be paid by deposit required due date. Standard full deposit penalty is applied if the booking is cancelled within final payment period; See Celebrity's cancellation policy for details. Additional Package Offers: For an additional charge, all guests may receive additional amenities with an upgrade to the Indulge or Elevate package by selecting the applicable rate. Rate varies by "Elevate" or "Indulge" package choice, length of voyage and stateroom category. The Elevate package includes; Premium Beverage Package, Tips Included, Onboard Credit ("OBC") and an Unlimited Surf Internet Package, for all guests in the stateroom. OBC amount varies by length of sailing: $100 per person for 1-5 night sailings, $150 per person for 6-9 night sailings, and a value of $200 per person for 10 night or longer sailings. The Indulge Package includes; Premium Beverage Package, Tips Included, OBC and an Unlimited Stream Internet Package, for all guests in the stateroom. OBC amount varies by length of sailing: $200 per person for 1-5 night sailings, $300 per person for 6-9 night sailings and a value of $400 per person for 10 night or longer sailings. All guests in the same stateroom must select the same pricing package at the time of booking. Promo codes are not required. Amenities will be added to Eligible Bookings within 90 days prior to sailing. All guests with an Eligible Booking in The Retreat will receive the Indulge Package at no additional charge.
Guests' onboard account will be credited with an OBC based on the rate chosen and length of sailing. OBC has no cash value, cannot be used in an onboard casino, is applicable to cruise only, non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash, and will expire if not used by 10:00 PM on the final night of the cruise. Tips Included provide for stateroom, waiter, assistant waiter, and headwaiter gratuities in the amount suggested by Celebrity's guidelines. Gratuities will be applied to the reservation within 10 days of booking date.
Guests with Internet Packages will receive instructions for Internet access in their staterooms on the first day of the cruise. Xcelerate Stream Package includes high-speed internet with the ability to message or video chat, browse the web, send emails, post on social media, and access streaming video and music. Xcelerate Surf Package includes basic internet service allowing web browsing, email access and text messenger services.
The Classic and Premium Beverage Package is available for selected drinks only, and does not include room service, in-stateroom purchases, mini bar items or souvenir glasses. Optional gratuities may apply to certain on-board purchases (such as spa, specialty dining and drinks above the package amount -see below) and are not included in the Tips Included offer.
The Classic Beverage Package includes all Carbonated Drinks, Bottled Water, Juices including Apple, Cranberry, Orange, Lemon, Grapefruit, Premium Coffees and Teas as well as beer, spirits, cocktails and wines by the glass up to $9 per serving. Bottles of wine are not included.
The Premium Beverage Package includes All Carbonated Drinks, Premium Bottled Water, Freshly Squeezed and Bottled/Canned Juices, San Pellegrino, Red Bull, Vitamin water, Honest Iced Teas and Premium Coffees and Teas as well as beer, spirits, cocktails and wines by the glass up to $15 per serving. The minimum drinking age for purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages on Celebrity Cruises ships sailing from North America and Canada is 21 years at the time of sailing, and elsewhere is 18 years to comply with applicable laws. Where the eligible guest in a stateroom is less than the applicable minimum age on the initial sailing date, a Classic Non-alcoholic beverage package will be provided to this guest instead.
Valid passenger date of birth information must be provided at the time of booking before a beverage package will be applied. This is a legal requirement and we reserve the right to withdraw the package if guests do not meet the qualifying criteria.
Pricing Packages apply to new individual bookings and to staterooms in non-contracted group bookings, which must be named and deposited. Pricing packages are capacity-controlled, availability varies by sailing, and eligible staterooms may sell out. All pricing packages are non-transferable and applicable only to the Eligible Bookings. Pricing packages are not combinable with other offers including but not limited to Simply Sail, Loyalty, Travel Partner or Employee Rates. No refunds or credits will be granted for unused options. Pricing packages are subject to availability and may change without notice, are capacity controlled, and not applicable to charters or contracted groups. Single occupancy bookings are eligible for all Pricing Packages, but will be limited to a single beverage package and Wi-Fi for one device. Changes to booking may result in removal of pricing package. Travel Agents: Group bookings that are named prior to the start date of the new pricing strategy cannot be cancelled and rebooked under Always Included. Named bookings can receive the Always Included amenities, if they change their pricing to prevailing rates. Unnamed group space will receive the Always Included listed amenities, no action needed. Cruise and airfare may be booked starting Mar. 25, 2021 ("Offer Period"). Offer applies to Caribbean cruises departing June 5 – Aug. 21, 2021 on Celebrity Millennium. ("Offer Cruise"). Offer includes reduced airfare applicable only to the purchase of Flights by Celebrity ("Air Credit"). Airfare is total per person, in USD, applies to economy class, roundtrip flights that originate in the specified gateway cities for the specified sailings for new individual bookings and group bookings named and deposited within the Offer Period. Airfare does not include checked baggage fees that may be charged by the airline. Offer applies to all guests in a Veranda, Concierge Class, AquaClass®, or Retreat stateroom; limit one offer per person. Caribbean Airfare is fixed at specified amount per person by gateway. Cancellation of Air Tickets: Air tickets may be purchased on a non-refundable or refundable basis and are each subject to the cancellation terms of the applicable airlines. If a non-refundable air ticket is cancelled, the amount of the Air Credit will be deducted from the balance remaining after the cruise cancellation penalty (if any) has been deducted from deposits or payments received by Celebrity for the cruise (the "Offer Credit Recapture"). If air tickets are purchased on a refundable basis, the Air Credit Recapture does not apply.
Combinability: Offer is combinable with Standard Group rates and Brand Offers that are named during the offer period. Offer is not combinable with Travel Agent, Simply Sail, or Employee Cruise Rates.
