Uganda: Open to Americans and Canadians with restrictions. Vaccinated travelers are now also required to take a test upon arrival and quarantine until results are received (typically, under 12 hours). Curfew is in effect from 9pm to 6am daily. Latin America: -
Ecuador: Open to Americans and Canadians with restrictions. Starting July 1, 2021, vaccinated travelers no longer require a negative COVID-19 test to enter Galapagos.
