HA LONG BAY

Hạ Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site is a mystical landscape of limestone islets in Quảng Ninh Province, Vietnam.  Ha Long Bay has diverse natural landscape varying from long sandy beaches to a thousand-year-old-lime karst. Imagine the breathtaking beauty of more than 2000 islands rising from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Tonkin.

 

Dau Be Island

Dau Be Island is famous for Ba Ham Lake, a system consisting of three major ocean basins connected through a  narrow cave. Inside the cave, stalactites hang from the cave ceiling creating interesting shapes in a myriad of  sizes. The Island is home to species of orchids, banyans, palm trees,  golden monkeys, birds, flying squirrels and  bats.

Yen Tu Mountain

Yen Tu Mountain in the north-eastern region of Vietnam is one of the highest peaks in the Dong Trieu Mountains. The spectacular natural landscape, Yen Tu preserves numerous historical relics and is also known as “The cradle of Buddhism in Vietnam”.

Thien Cung Cave

Thien Cung Cave (Heavenly Palace Cave) is located in southwest Ha Long Bay.  The sizeable cave has a complicated interior structure with multiple floors and a high ceiling. The cave is famous for a unique system of stalactites and stalagmites with distinctive forms and shapes.  Nearby Dau Go Island is considered the most beautiful primitive cave of the Bay.

Minh Chau Beach

Minh Chau Beach is a private beach located on Quan Lan Island.  The pristine beach resembles soft white snow. The unique feature is white non-sticky sand that gives a comfortable sensation to walkers and joggers.

Kissing Rocks

The Kissing Rocks are the icons of Ha Long as well as the symbol of a passionate love.  The rocks that have been facing each other for a hundred thousand years, like an eternal love. Other people view these rocks as fighting each other and call them Fighting Chicken
Rock.
