England: Open to vaccinated Americans and Canadians. Canada is now on the Green list. -
Portugal: Open to vaccinated Americans and Canadians with restrictions. Even after the European Union's recommendations, US and Canadian travelers will still be accepted. -
Italy: Open to vaccinated Americans and Canadians with restrictions. Fully vaccinated travelers will now also require a negative COVID-19 PCR or Antigen test taken within 72 hours prior to boarding (in addition to proof of vaccination).
