This is just a selection of the latest information on new entry requirements and restrictions. For a full list of destinations and each country's entry requirements for U.S. and Canadian passport holders, please visit our website.

The list of international travel destinations that your clients can safely travel to is ever-changing, so all outbound passengers should check with the U.S. Embassy or Canadian Government and their preferred airline before finalizing travel plans. And while the Government of Canada has strongly advised against non-essential travel, our Destination Experts are happy to help you craft trips for your Canadian clients departing later in the year and into 2022.

This week's highlighted destinations:

Europe:
  • Austria: Open to Americans and Canadians with restrictions. Travelers must show proof of vaccination and provide a negative PCR test result taken within 72 hours prior to arrival; or a negative Antigen test result taken within 48 hours prior to arrival. Currently, vaccinations administered 360 days after the second dose are considered valid (previously, it was 270 days) – this also applies to booster shots.

Middle East:
  • United Arab Emirates: Open to Americans and Canadians with restrictions. Abu Dhabi no longer requires a PCR test to enter via road, so day trips are possible again for all fully vaccinated travelers coming from Dubai. Only vaccinated travelers will have access to establishments (such as restaurants).

Latin America:
  • Peru: Open to Americans and Canadians with restrictions. For all travelers aged 12 years and up, proof of a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to plane departure is required. All travelers aged under 12 years, require a certificate of good health from a doctor.
